True and very sad story with a happy ending:  One bright and sunny fall morning, NYPD knocked on my Brooklyn, NY door and served me with a search warrant.  The lovely officers at the NYPD proceeded to go through all my stuff and take my gun and about $10,000.  What was the cause of all this?  Soon after I was served with a summons, the People of the State of New York were moving to confiscate my house and all of my money!  Why?  because, they claimed I was involved in a prostitution ring.  I am almost 70 years old and I have never done anything wrong.  I had sublet an office space some people and it turned out that they were running a prostitution ring.  Well, according the the DA, it is guilty by association so they were going after me, even though I knew nothing of the illegal activities the tenants were doing.  Anyhoo, I was among about 20 defendants in this matter and now in February of 2011, a few months after this started, it is over!  Mr. Wolfberg was able to get the Brooklyn DA
